What You Will Be Doing:

Key responsibilities of our retailer trainer will include:

  • Providing training support to retail team members across our existing & new stores
  • Focus on customer service and engagement activities
  • Working across a mixture of classroom & store based training
  • Signing off on training completion and competency
  • Identify & provide targeted specific training across the stores
  • Conduct follow up training where required
  • Interstate travel between stores across our network
  • Ensure that training needs are in alignment for current and future business objectives

What We Are Seeking:

  • An experienced retail trainer with a passion for inducting, training & coaching team members
  • A forward thinker with strong interpersonal skills including the ability to coach & mentor
  • An individual with high energy levels and an infectious, positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
